I help women reconnect with their intuition, build confidence in themselves, and move out of patterns of overthinking, people-pleasing, and self-doubt.

Can you relate to any of these?
  • feeling guilty saying no
  • struggling to set or maintain boundaries
  • decision-making paralysis
  • relationship anxiety
  • rumination that affects concentration or sleep
  • feeling stressed out trying to keep people happy
  • resentment or anger toward others
  • feeling burned out
  • often feeling the need to apologize
  • giving in or accommodating others too much
  • overthinking conversations and relationship dynamics

The Problems:
Difficulty trusting your own judgement when other people's needs, opinions, or expectations are in the room.  Struggling to stay connected to your own needs and protecting your personal time and space.

The Solution:
My approach, the Self-Trust Arc, is practical and solution-focused.  We map the patterns that keep you stuck, clarify your values, and build simple tools you can use immediately in life.  Rather than processing emotions endlessly, we focus on changing the patterns that create overwhelm and anxiety in the first place.

If any of this resonates, I'd love to connect.  Book a free 30-minute call - no pressure, no commitment, just a conversation to chat about what's been going on for you.  I'm warm, direct, and easy to talk to, and you'll end up with more clarity about how I can help, and if this approach feels like a good fit.

"Words cannot describe the progress and empowerment I have seen in myself throughout my time working with Jen. Thank you so much!" E.V.

Who benefits from this approach?

You're capable, thoughtful, and functioning pretty well... but sometimes decision-making feels heavy, and you second-guess yourself.  You might rehash conversations, worry about disappointing others, and often say yes when you'd rather say no.  Setting boundaries sometimes brings guilt, and trusting your own judgement feels harder than it should.

You're not in crisis - you just want to feel clearer and more grounded.

The Self-Trust Arc is a hopeful, practical journey designed to focus on gaining skills, clarifying values, and seeing real-world outcomes, rather than endless processing.  It's not about fixing or transforming, because you're not broken.  Understanding your unique stress responses, and collecting these valuable tools allows you to emerge into clearer self-trust.

This program may not be a good fit if:

  • You are in crisis or acute distress
  • You are seeking trauma-focused or emotion-intensive therapy
  • You want open-ended counselling
  • You are in a life chapter where it's not realistic to commit to five sessions with a strong focus on personal development

"Working with Jen for nearly a year has given me more clarity and belief in myself and I look forward to the future work that comes as well." S.A.

Introduction to the Self-Trust Arc

The Self-Trust Arc is a structured, solution-focused approach designed for women who want to feel calmer and more trusting of themselves.

The 5-session format follows a clear progression, so you know what you're working on and why at each step.   This work is best understood as skill-based life design, rather than traditional therapy.  It's an empowering and short-term approach focused on practical change; helping you gain confidence, trust your own judgment, and move through life with more ease and confidence.

Here's a peek:

Session 1.  Understanding Your Self-Doubt Pattern
Discover why you second-guess yourself, overthink decisions, and struggle to trust your own judgement

Session 2.  Knowing What Matters to You
Reconnect with your values, needs, and inner wisdom so you can make decision with greater clarity and self-trust.  Instead of being guided by fear, guilt, or other people's expectations, you'll learn to trust what feels right for you.

Session 3.   Getting Unstuck from Overthinking
Learn practical tools to quiet overthinking, tolerate uncertainty, and make decisions without waiting for the "perfect" option.  As you rely less on endless analysis, you'll build lasting confidence in your choices.

Session 4.  Letting Go of Other People's Reactions
Learn to stop carrying responsibility for everyone else's emotions.  We'll explore healthy boundaries, honest communication, and how to to stay true to yourself while allowing others to have their own thoughts, feelings, and actions.

Session 5. Putting Self-Trust into Practice
Bring everything together by applying your new skills to everyday life.  We'll create a practical plan for making decisions, navigating challenges, and continuing to strengthen your self-trust long after our work together ends.

Grow toward a life where you think clearly and act with more confidence.
