I'm a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) registered with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC). My practice is located in Victoria, BC, where sessions can be booked in-person, online, or over the phone to align with your preferences and schedule.
My approach to counselling is curious, empathetic, and non-judgmental, with a deep respect for each client who is brave enough to show up and share their story. The therapeutic process I've developed integrates several evidence-based methods such as Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Self-Compassion, and others.
My primary goal is to help each client work toward their goals through meaningful change, healing, and personal growth.
I have completed a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, a Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology, and an intensive internship comprising over 450 hours of counselling, supervision, and case management. In addition to a strong academic background; my life experiences, compassion, empathy, and unconditional acceptance are essential strengths I bring into my work with clients.
In my free time, I like to be outdoors as much as possible - enjoying all that Vancouver Island has to offer. I enjoy running, yoga, hiking, reading, chocolate, trying new restaurants, and spending time with my husband, adult children, friends, and my dog Moose.
