  • Understanding your anxiety - what triggers it, how it shows up in your body, and how to calm your nervous system.

  • Challenging patterns of self-doubt and people-pleasing, so you can start saying yes and no from a place of choice, not fear.

  • Building self-compassion and confidence - learning to treat yourself with the same kind of respect and kindness you give to others.

  • Creating healthier boundaries that protect your energy and allow your relationships to feel more balanced.

  • Finding your voice through assertiveness and learning to express your needs clearly and with confidence.

  • Loosening the grip of perfectionism - letting going of unrealistic expectations so can feel more present and at ease.

  • Prioritizing self-care without guilt - creating practices that replenish and energize you.

  • Reclaiming your self-worth by shifting from "never enough", to knowing your value, simply because you exist not based on your achievements, status, success, physical appearance, etc.

Anxiety may be what brings you here, but so often it’s tangled up with self-doubt, people-pleasing, and old patterns of putting yourself last.

I work with women who feel like they’re always carrying too much — the worry, the overthinking, the constant pressure to keep it together.
The quiet exhaustion of not feeling good enough takes a toll, and you may feel like you've lost yourself beneath caregiving or over-functioning.

Maybe you look calm on the outside, but inside you’re often anxious, exhausted, and never truly at ease.

You might find yourself:
  • Saying yes when you want to say no, just to keep the peace
  • Second-guessing yourself long after a conversation ends
  • Taking care of everyone else, but rarely yourself
  • Feeling like no matter how much you do, it’s never quite enough
  • Being constantly critical of yourself

I offer in-person and online sessions for women of all ages 19+ who have spent years being the "strong one", the "helper", or the "peacemaker".
